Slam Dunk! Acumen welcomes a new member to the team

After a lengthy search for the right candidate, Acumen is delighted to welcome on board Alex Dunk.  Alex has joined as a trainee adviser,  aiming to complete his exams over the next 12 months.  Alex set his sights on a career as a financial adviser a few years ago after seeing his partner Jenny achieving success in the same field.

Alex is new to the industry, having graduated from Durham and worked in the NHS Contracts and Performance department, dealing day to day with the finance requirements of his NHS trust.  He was keen to move into a more client facing role. When we met Alex, we recognised that he shares our values, an absolutely vital component in our recruitment process. Alex is committed to providing an excellent service and he is already beginning to forge excellent  working relationships with clients working alongside Angela , Rob and Jon.

In between working and revising for his exams Alex enjoys playing tennis and football, going to the theatre and is a keen supporter of Stoke City.
