Statements of Professional Standing

1 January 2013 saw the introduction of new rules which now require all retail investment advisers such as ourselves to hold a Statement of Professional Standing (SPS). The SPS confirms that an adviser adheres to ethical standards, holds appropriate qualifications for their role and has also taken on appropriate training and study, known as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in order to maintain that professional knowledge and keep up to date.
