We collect information about you when you engage us for financial planning/financial advice/mortgage advice and investment management services. How long do we keep hold of your information?

However, we are subject to regulatory requirements to retain data for specified minimum periods. We also reserve the right to retain data for longer than this due to the possibility that it may be required to defend a future claim against us.

E-mail messages sent by Acumen are intended only for the use of the addressee and may contain information that is privileged, confidential and exempt from disclosure under applicable law. If the reader of such messages is not the intended recipient, or the employee or agent responsible for delivering the message to the intended recipient, you are hereby notified that any dissemination, distribution or copying of this communication is strictly prohibited. If you have received an e-mail in error, please notify us immediately by return e-mail and delete the e-mail and all attachments from your system.
