Cathy Holme

Having been at Acumen since the very early days, I have seen many changes here and have enjoyed the various challenges and opportunities that being part of a growing company has presented. Prior to this, I worked for Swiss Life, in Administration and Customer Service.

At Acumen, my role has grown with the company. I am responsible for the management of the accounts, banking and liaising with our compliance firm to ensure our systems and processes are providing an excellent service for our clients and for the varied and changing requirements of the FCA. I provide support to Jon and Angela and ensure that they have accurate information, so they always have a detailed picture of everything that’s going on in the business.

I live in Waterloo with my husband Simon and my two teenage daughters Abbie and Emma. I enjoy a busy family life supporting my daughters in their love of dance and as part of a very active Guide group. I love getting together with family and friends and enjoy running and yoga to unwind.  When possible, I love going to the theatre and music, trying to get to as many local, smaller gigs as I can.
