Celia Evans, BA(Hons) APFS

After graduating from Sheffield University in 1995, I developed my professional experience at Swiss Life Insurance and the Littlewoods Organisation. I also spent a number of years working for the Citizens Advice Bureau.

I joined the Acumen team in 2007 in an administrative role on a part-time basis whilst my children were young. As my interest in financial planning grew, I was supported and encouraged by the team at Acumen to take further qualifications, and went on to qualify as a Financial Adviser gaining both the Certificate and Diploma in Financial Planning and I have recently qualified as a Chartered Financial Planner. 

I have enjoyed building strong relationships with my clients over the years and strive to provide clear, straightforward advice to each client tailored to their particular needs and objectives. My role in Acumen has also developed and as well as continuing with client work I am involved in the regulatory, compliance and governance work within the firm.

I live in Crosby with my husband Paul and two sons, who are not so young any more but still very demanding! In my spare time, I love walking, keeping fit and spending time with family and friends.
