Currently life insurance premiums for women are less than for men, as statistically, women tend to live longer.

A ruling from the European Court of Justice on gender neutrality and its impact on the pricing of insurance premiums and benefits means that’s about to change. From 21 December, life insurance premiums for women are anticipated to increase by up to 15% as the price paid by men and women of the same age have to be the same.
